1. Scope of Services

No-Nonsense Dating Coach for Professionals provides dating coaching services focused on:

  • decision-making

  • communication strategies

  • boundary-setting

  • relationship clarity

  • dating strategy and support

Services are non-clinical and non-therapeutic in nature.

2. Not Therapy / No Mental Health Treatment

Dating coaching services provided are not psychotherapy, mental health counseling, diagnosis, treatment, or crisis intervention.

These services do not replace mental health care, medical care, or licensed therapy services.

Clients acknowledge that:

  • coaching is not a substitute for therapy

  • no mental health diagnosis or treatment is provided

  • no therapeutic relationship is established

3. Client Eligibility

Clients must be:

  • 18 years of age or older

  • legally able to consent to services

  • not currently receiving psychotherapy services from the coach

Current or former therapy clients of the coach are not eligible for dating coaching services.

4. Coaching Relationship

The coaching relationship is:

  • collaborative

  • educational

  • strategic

  • action-oriented

The coach provides guidance, perspective, and feedback.
The client retains full responsibility for their decisions, actions, and outcomes.

5. Coaching Style & Expectations

The coaching style is direct, clarity-focused, and accountability-based.

Clients acknowledge that:

  • feedback may be direct and challenging

  • the coach will not validate prolonged confusion, mixed signals, or indecision when evidence does not support it

  • coaching is not passive support

This practice emphasizes clarity, boundaries, and personal responsibility.

6. No Guarantees

No outcomes are guaranteed, including but not limited to:

  • relationship success

  • finding a partner

  • relationship longevity

  • emotional outcomes

Dating coaching provides tools, perspective, and strategy — not results guarantees.

7. Confidentiality

All client information is treated as private and confidential.

However, coaching confidentiality is not protected healthcare confidentiality and is not subject to HIPAA regulations.

Information may be disclosed if required by law.

8. Communication Boundaries

Between-session communication:

  • is limited to agreed-upon channels

  • occurs during defined business hours

  • is not 24/7 support

  • is not crisis support

Emergency services should be contacted in urgent situations.

9. Scheduling & Cancellations

Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.

10. Payments & Refunds

  • Payment is required in advance for all services

  • Packages are non-refundable once services begin

  • Missed sessions are not refundable

  • Payment plans must be honored according to the agreed schedule

11. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services at any time.

The coach reserves the right to terminate services if:

  • boundaries are violated

  • services are misused

  • the relationship becomes inappropriate

  • coaching goals are no longer aligned

12. Liability Limitation

Clients agree that:

  • the coach is not liable for client decisions or outcomes

  • dating choices and interactions are the client’s responsibility

  • the coach is not responsible for third-party actions

Clients assume full responsibility for personal decisions, safety, and interactions.

13. Non-Clinical Nature of Services

Client acknowledges that services are:

  • coaching-based

  • educational

  • strategic

  • non-medical

  • non-therapeutic

No healthcare services are provided.

14. Media & Testimonials

Client consent is required before any testimonials, quotes, or feedback are shared publicly.
All testimonials will be anonymized unless written permission is given.

15. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state laws where the business is registered.

16. Agreement to Terms

By engaging in services, submitting payment, or participating in coaching, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Safety Clause

Personal Safety

Clients are responsible for their own physical and emotional safety in all dating interactions.
The coach does not vet, background-check, or verify third parties.

Clients agree to use personal judgment and appropriate safety measures when meeting individuals.
